Can I see the currency I like to shop in?

Yes! Scroll to the top of the page and you’ll see a flag (default Israeli or USA). Click on it and you will be able to choose the currency that works best for you.


Why am I seeing product prices in USD and not ILS when I’m located in Israel?

To change this, scroll to the top right of the page. You’ll see a flag (default Israeli or USA). Click on it and you will be able to choose to shop in your local currency.


Why do I see products not available for my location?

Art by Meira has different shipping options depending on where you are located. To change your desired location, scroll down and you will see the country selector on the bottom left of the page.


Custom Orders (Israel Only)

Why is payment required prior to production for custom orders?

Custom orders are made specially on your behalf. They require materials, time to produce and cannot be resold once production has begun. As such, with the exception of product defects, custom orders are not refundable or returnable.


Can I return a custom order if I decide I don’t need it in the end?

No. Custom orders are non-refundable and not returnable. If there is an issue with your product, please be in touch and we’ll see what we can do.


What If the product I receive arrives defective?

Please get in touch with Art by Meira ASAP. Requests more than 15 days after the order has been received may not be evaluated for replacement. Damage due to wear and tear or user error, will not be replaced.



Do you offer shipping to the USA and Canada? 


Yes! If you don’t see the shipping options for your location or you get a message at checkout saying “Unavailable Product”. Please go the home page and scroll down to where it says “Country/ Region” and choose the relevant option. If the problem persists, please be in touch.

Do you offer shipping within Israel?


Products ordered from within Israel on Art by Meira’s site are currently available for pickup in Jerusalem. Please contact Meira at sarameiraherman@gmail.com, or through the WhatsApp messenger icon on the lower left hand of your screen, with any shipping related questions. 



Why does it say “Enter a valid phone number” on the checkout form? 

Art by Meira requires a phone number for checkout in case we need to contact you about your order. If you are located in Israel and using an international phone number, you will need to enter it with the country code. For example a USA number will look like this: 001-347-903-9555


What is “Cash On Delivery (COD)”?

Cash on Delivery is an option available for those who wish to pay via Cash, Bit or Paybox. 

*Please note: Custom orders require payment prior to production.


Why is the Checkout in USD when my cart is in ILS?

Listings on Art by Meira’s site are currently published in USD. A currency converter is available on the site to make it easier for international clients to browse our site. The checkout will be in USD.
