Refund policy

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. If you receive a defective item, please contact us at sarameiraherman@gmail.com with details of the product and the defect.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.


Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. We do not accept products that are intimate (e.g. underwear), health and personal care items (e.g. shampoo and candles) and items that have been customized. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.


If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at sarameiraherman@gmail.com.
