Shipping policy
Israeli Customers:
- Custom orders will not be processed until payment is received. All shipping and pickup estimates are relevant only after payment has been made.
- Art by Meira will not be held responsible for delays in shipping/pickup carried out by a third party that is affected by force majeure and/or strikes and/or shutdowns and/or non-response on the part of the customer to coordinate the shipment.
Shipping:
- Each piece is carefully wrapped and boxed. Shipping within Israel usually takes 4-7 days after the parcel has been given to the courier. On rare occasions, some items may take up to 3 weeks.
- All delivery times are estimates only. Art by Meira is not liable if the product is not delivered within this time frame. Your parcel may need to be signed for upon delivery so please select an address for shipping where you will be during business hours. If there is no one available to sign for the parcel you may receive a note to pick up the parcel at your local mail office.
- Free shipping within Israel may be available for orders over ₪250.
Pickup:
- Local pickup is available in the Jerusalem area. Orders will generally be ready in 1-5 business days.
International Customers:
When will I get my order?
Usually, it takes 3–7 days to fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped out. The shipping time
depends on your location, but can be estimated as follows:
- USA: 3–14 business days
- Europe: 6–8 business days
- Australia: 2–14 business days
- Japan: 4–8 business days
- International: 10–20 business days
Where will my order ship from?
Art by Meira orders will generally ship from Jerusalem, Israel.
Additionally, Art by Meira works with an on-demand order fulfillment company with facilities worldwide and makes every effort to write on listings where products are sourced from.
Will I be charged customs for my order?
An additional customs and tax fee can occur on international orders. This fee is not in our control and is assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely for every country so please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchases.
My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do?
Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:
- Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address
- Ask your local post office if they have your package
- Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them
If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your
